Annabelle O Rivera

APRN, FNP-BC

Annabelle Rivera has 24 years of experience in nursing, with 5 years as a nurse practitioner. Annabelle has an Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Odessa College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

Since 2001, Annabelle has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to the Midland community and beyond. During her medical training, she completed clinical rotations in Primary Care, Pediatrics, and Maternity, building a strong foundation in comprehensive healthcare.

A proud Midland native, Annabelle has expanded her experience through diverse roles in Neurology and Pediatrics, while also gaining extensive knowledge in Cardiology, Oncology, Hospice, Clinical Research, and Mother/Baby care. Her broad clinical background allows her to provide well-rounded, individualized care to patients across all stages of life.

Annabelle is deeply committed to lifelong learning and continually advancing her medical knowledge. She has a special passion for the treatment of migraines and strives to help patients improve their quality of life through compassionate and evidence-based care.

Outside of medicine, Annabelle is a devoted Christian, wife, mother, and grandmother. She is married to Joe, who also serves the local community, and together they cherish spending time with their three daughters, four grandchildren, family, and friends. Known for her warm and caring approach, Annabelle is honored to serve the community she proudly calls home.

Kendra Alexander

APRN, FNP-C

Kendra Alexander has 13 years of experience in nursing, with 6 years as a nurse practitioner. Kendra graduated with her Associates of Biology, Psychology and Nursing from Midland College and later pursued her Master of Science in Nursing, graduating in August of 2019 from Walden University.

Since 2012, Kendra has built a diverse background in specialties including Cardiology, MedSurg, Oncology, OB/GYN, Primary Care and Hospice. During her clinical training, she also completed rotations in Adult/Family Care, Pediatrics, Women's Health, and Primary Care.

Kendra is a dedicated healthcare professional committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With a passion for helping individuals and families achieve better health, Kendra focuses on delivering quality primary care services that prioritize wellness, prevention, and personalized treatment. Kendra is committed to continuous learning, and ensures the delivery high quality care through evidenced based practices, staying informed about the latest research and standards.

Known for her caring approach and strong connection with patients, Kendra believes healthcare should be accessible, convenient, and focused on the unique needs of every person. Through both in-office and telehealth services, she strives to make healthcare simple, supportive, and empowering for the community she serves. Kendra’s mission is to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their healthcare journey.

Kendra Alexander is a proud native Midlander. She is married to her best friend Jeffery, together they have five wonderful sons. She enjoys spending her free time watching them play sports and spending time with family.
